She is a Professor at Symbiosis College of Nursing, Symbiosis International (Deemed University), with 23 years of experience in nursing education and research. She is a passionate researcher with strong analytical skills and holds a Ph.D. in Nursing. Additionally, she has earned a Special Master’s Diploma in Higher Education Andragogy (MDHEA). Dr. Kaur is certified in Essentials of Epidemiological Tools in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University, USA, and in Nursing Informatics Training and Education from the University of Minnesota, USA. A member of various national organizations, she serves as the Chairperson of the Education Committee for the Trained Nurses Association of India (TNAI), Pune Chapter. Dr. Kaur has been honored with several prestigious awards, including the Best Professor in Education and Andragogy by RULA and the World Research Congress, and Best Researcher by TNAI, Pune, India. She has published over 70 research papers, holds 18 patents, and has authored more than 10 books and chapters. She has represented India as a spokesperson and resource person at the World Congress and Nursing Conference in Rome, Italy, and at various national and international conferences, including those organized by TNAI. As an editor for Digital Health, she aims to foster meaningful scholarly contributions and advance innovative research in healthcare.
